Shepherding the Church

Spiritual Guidance: Providing biblical teaching and counsel to help congregants grow in their faith and understanding of Scripture.
Leadership and Administration: Overseeing church operations, managing resources, and ensuring that the church organization runs smoothly and effectively.
Prayer and Worship: Leading and participating in prayer, worship services, and sacraments (such as baptism and communion) to foster a deep spiritual environment.
Pastoral Care: Offering support to members of the church through counseling, visitations, and providing assistance to those in crisis or need.
Discipleship and Education: Developing programs for teaching and discipleship that help congregants grow spiritually, including Bible studies, small groups, and seminars.
Community Outreach: Engaging in mission work and outreach programs to serve the local community and share the Gospel beyond the church walls.
Conflict Resolution: Addressing conflicts and disagreements within the church in a constructive and biblical manner, promoting unity and reconciliation.
Mentoring Leaders: Identifying and mentoring future leaders within the church to ensure a continuity of services and spiritual direction.
Stewardship: Encouraging responsible financial management and stewardship of church resources, including budgeting, fundraising, and managing donations.
