Firmly rooted in the word of the Lord, TLAM’s brotherhood actively pursues a commitment to righteousness and holiness through a continual practice of the Lord’s commandments. Our dedicated ministry emphasizes the man’s leadership role within the family, mirroring Christ’s relationship with the church, while fostering strong supportive bonds and shared experiences among the TLAM brotherhood. The brothers engage in deep study, providing the spiritual foundation upon which we stand. As members of the body of Christ, our connections with one another are built on trust and unity, allowing us to function as one body and prioritize the needs of others over our own. This brotherhood offers a strong spiritual base that encourages both individual and community growth, helping us to remain focused on the high calling of Jesus Christ.
A vibrant women’s ministry fosters strong, supportive relationships and shared experiences among TLAM’s sisterhood. By regularly engaging in biblical study and fellowship, the women are empowered to share their unique testimonies, allowing them to address the spiritual dimensions of life’s challenges in prayer groups. Outreach activities further promote spiritual growth and enhance their understanding of scripture. As a group united in purpose, trust, and unity, they create a solid spiritual foundation that encourages growth and keeps their focus on the high calling of Jesus Christ. The women’s ministry, grounded in the word of God, provides both encouragement and accountability, helping members remain committed to their faith and personal purpose in the Lord.
In obedience to God’s command to train up a child, our youth ministry fosters the spiritual, emotional, and social development of young people from infancy to adulthood, helping them grow into strong, faith-driven individuals. Our ministry includes mentorship that deepens their faith and nurtures a more personal relationship with God. In a world filled with unique challenges, such as pressures from technology, social media, and mental health issues, our ministry is committed to addressing these concerns by providing support and encouraging young people to engage in community service, cultivating a sense of belonging and worth. Additionally, the youth ministry focuses on essential life skills like leadership, teamwork, and communication, which are crucial for preparing them for adulthood.
Outreach ministry is vital because it serves as a bridge between the church and the community, enabling meaningful connections and fostering trust. It fulfills the Great Commission by spreading the message of Christ, while also addressing the immediate physical and emotional needs of individuals, exhibiting love and compassion through service. This engagement not only promotes inclusivity but also enriches the spiritual lives of members fostering personal spiritual growth and strengthen their resolve to share the gospel reinforcing the church’s role as a place of hope, support, and love.
